- Mattress is not inflating

- Check Connection to the pump unit
- Check one way valves are securely connected
- Unzip cover and check tubes are connected
- Check C.P.R release is shut

- Mattress is alarming with low pressure
light

light

- Mattress is not alternating
|
- Take pump off transport mode
|
- Keypad on pump is not responding
|
- Press key lock for 4 seconds to unlock

- Mattress is over inflating

Check patient weight setting

- Ensure unit is switched on

- Mattress does not seem to be alternating
